Home Bariloche

My family lives in Bariloche, Patagonia, and I spend part of my year there. 1 or 2 months a year minimum, sometimes i go back in the winter for snowboarding too, summer is all about the lake, hiking, flying and rock climbing.

It’s an amazing place — mountains, lakes, forests, skiing, climbing, and a great young, outdoorsy vibe.

During Covid, my dad built a few cabins for rental in Cerro Catedral, ski village. I helped a lot with the outside part. Below you see random pictures of me working in the garden. But you can tell the scale of fruit and berry trees that are growing there

My dad is pretty much retired now, and nobody in the family is particularly interested in moving there, so I can see myself slowly taking more of it over the years — more cabins, more fruit trees, and more little projects.

I’m pretty open about where life goes, but I like having a retirement plan. For now, this is kind of mine: keep building the place, make the cabins work better in the off-season, and use the income to give me the freedom to spend long periods travelling overseas.

But I’m not married to the idea. Maybe you come hang out in Patagonia for a while. Maybe I end up spending more time wherever you are. O a neutral tropical destination.
